Renewal terminals
Terminal prims let buyers renew (extend) their existing streams. Buyers who try to repurchase a SKU they already own get refunded with a message telling them to use a terminal instead.

Install keys
Install keys secure both the vendor and terminal scripts - only prims
carrying a valid REGISTRATION_KEY can self-register. Keys are shared:
paste one into the vendor LSL and the terminal LSL, and every prim rezzed
from that inventory carries it. New vendors register with no product assigned.
To make a new vendor start out configured like an existing one, copy that vendor's
prim in-world; the copy inherits the source's product, price, label and affiliate.
Terminals inherit label and expected_owner the same way.
